Our Front Yard

Sit peacefully on our deck:

• Watch crimson rosellas, king parrots, firetail finches, currawongs, kookaburras and satin bower birds fly in to eat from our deck
• Watch whip birds, wonga pidgeons, brown pidgeons, grey thrush, yellow robins, brush turkeys and superb blue wrens forage the forest floor.
• Watch the peregrine falcon nesting and hunting off the cliffs below and black cockatoos flying over
• Watch red-necked pademelons gather to graze, lazy carpet pythons and land mullets sunbake in spring and summer
• Set off to enjoy walking the Twins Falls Circuit a few meters from our front door.
• Enjoy the mystique of the cloud nestling down on top of you.
• Listen to the roar of the waterfalls after heavy rains.
• View the luminous Milky Way as you breathe the clean fresh air.
• Mostly enjoy the deafening quietness interrupted only by the tinkle of rain drops, the songs of birds and the thumps of pademelons hopping through.
